We can’t guarantee a job. Nobody can. Any course that claims to do so is not telling the truth.
But we have an unrivalled track record.
Some of our graduates finish the course with a job position already confirmed. However, we would generally expect you to be in a job within two months of graduating, even in the current economic climate. And this summer's graduates have once again proved that they beat other applicants (even experienced journalists) to the jobs. See their blog.
Why are PMA graduates so successful?
- PMA postgraduates have built a reputation as skilled journalists. Editors approach us for new talent when filling a position.
- The diploma is PTC-accredited. This means you are qualified to enter a fully-paid journalism job on finishing the course.
- The course is tailored to getting you a job. We won't hand you a certificate and show you the door. We continue to support you as you look for work.
- Our contacts across the industry allow you access to jobs that are never advertised.
- We arrange for industry professionals and editors to attend your graduation. It's a perfect networking opportunity.
Our graduates go on to work for top companies across print, radio, TV, PR and online media.
